By placing an order with Orbix Tech LLC, you hereby agree to follow and comply with the following terms and conditions:

General Services Contract

Orbix Tech LLC is a highly reputed graphics designing company which is established to provide small and large-scale businesses with design and development services. We solely work online, that is, via the World Wide Web. We are available round the clock (24/7) throughout the year. When you place an order to our company, you will be assigned with a team of highly creative and experienced designers who will handle your order efficiently and complete it in a timely manner. Rest assured, you will be provided with a highly creative and compelling logo, website, banner, stationery and/or brochure design for your business.

Design is a subjective matter and initial samples/concepts are created according to the customer’s brief to start-off with the project. However, we offer Unlimited Revisions to guarantee 100% Customer Satisfaction.

When you place an order at Orbix Tech LLC, you are assured to be offered a refund where certain actions affect your eligibility to claim a refund:

Stage:

• None of the initial samples conform to the customer brief – Customer can ask for a full refund
• Customer asks for revisions by providing feedback – Money Back Guarantee does not remain applicable. 100% Satisfaction becomes applicable.
• Takes no action for 60 days – Money back guarantee offer becomes void, however Orbix Tech LLC will review and uphold the offer on its own discretion

In case if no resolution is made between the two parties and a refund is awarded, then the client may not be permitted to use any items delivered by us, thus he/she may not have any kind of ownership on those artworks.

Refunds are not applicable in the following scenarios:

• If the client has approved a mockup
• If the client does not fill out a brief questionnaire
• The creative brief is lacking in required information
• If the project is completed, and the customer acknowledges the project’s completion
• Once the website is live
• If services are ordered on behalf of another entity
• For tasks not included in the scope of work
• Revisions to website copy/content, purchased through us
• If the customer moves out of contact after 7 days
• If the website malfunctions or gets hacked and client has no maintenance plan
• If delivery delays occur due to holidays, complexity, or workload
• If refund is asked due to change of mind or personal issues
• If multiple orders are placed with different agencies for the same job
• Services like Social Media, SEO, Domain Registration, and Web Hosting

The processing and services fees are non-refundable and won’t be more than $3 regardless of the total order amount.

Note: Orbix Tech LLC holds all rights to reject any project or cancel the contract whenever it deems necessary. After the refund, you will not have any rights to use the designs for any purpose; they will be the sole property of Orbix Tech LLC.

Shipment Contract

Time is of the essence, it is especially important in the business world and we are fully aware of it. Therefore, we guarantee you that the initial concepts will be presented before you within 48–72 hours. Keep in mind that we use Email to deliver both the initial concepts and the final, approved files to our clients.

Orbix Tech LLC is not responsible for failing to meet client-imposed deadlines which are not pre-approved in writing. Full payment is due at the time of placing the order.

Color and File Formatting

The default color palette for logo projects is CMYK unless the client specifies otherwise before project start. A color palette change request during the project may incur additional charges.

We use Adobe Illustrator, and the original format is (.ai). Fonts will be outlined, and final delivery includes JPEG, PDF, TIFF, GIF, .wmf, and other formats as needed.

Unlimited Revisions

We understand every client’s idea of perfection varies. Therefore, we offer unlimited free revisions until complete satisfaction. Each revision draft will be delivered within 2 days.

Ownership of the Work

After full payment and approval, the client owns all rights to the final artwork. All claims and copyrights are transferred to the client.

Cancellation Policy

You clearly and irreversibly agree that Orbix Tech LLC reserves the sole rights to cancel, reject or terminate any order or your contract in the following cases:

• If contract violation is detected on the client’s side
• If Orbix Tech LLC cannot complete the order due to unavoidable circumstances

If your order is canceled by Orbix Tech LLC due to reasons other than client breach or non-performance, a full refund will be issued.

We do not design or develop content related to or promoting pornography, child pornography, or nudity. Such orders will be canceled immediately.
